Deposits
30% deposit to be paid upon booking to secure your appointment
Rescheduling, Late Notice and No Shows
• 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 20% of the reserved service amount.
• “NO SHOWS” and on the day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
After Hours Cancellations
PLEASE NOTE: Phone calls, SMS, Emails and Social Media Messages are attended on salon hours which are 10am – 7pm Tuesday to Thursday, 9am-5pm on Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturday. – SMS REMINDERS – are to be taken as a friendly reminder, as these are computer generated please DO NOT RELY on them.
Ideally, all contact regarding your booking should be made before close of business day, by speaking with reception or one of our stylists directly.
If cancellations or booking changes are submitted after close of business day, by email, voicemail or DMs, the notice period will begin at the start of business hours the following day.
If this notice period falls within the 48hr cancellation period, the booking deposit will be forfeited as per our cancellation policy
Late Arrivals
Should you be more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, our schedule may not allow for the entire booked service to be completed.
Please always allow ample time for traffic or parking, especially on busy days such as late nights, Fridays and Saturdays.
While we will always do our best to accommodate last minute changes, if we are fully booked, unfortunately we may NOT be able to proceed with your appointment. In this case, cancellation terms will apply.
Refunds, Re-Dos and Change of Mind
We invest time at the beginning of the appointment to provide
A personalized consultation to understand your desired look, unique hair chemistry and history.
A realistic and honest appraisal of how and if your desired outcome can be achieved in the current appointment, or if it will need multiple visits.
An exact quote for the agreed upon service/s before starting.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds on hair services.
If you have any concerns or feel that the agreed upon service was not provided, we are happy to hear from you within 7 days of your service appointment to explore solutions.
However, change of mind regarding the colour you have chosen during your consultation is not considered a ‘re-do’
Any changes and/or additional services will be charged.
We want all our clients to be happy with their results, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us about your concerns. We promise it won’t be awkward.
